or another leading agent, we have launched the JH ADVISORY SERVICE
FOR LANDLORDS.

This will provide these landlords with the option to
employ our services at a time when their tenancy or indeed their
tenant may become problematic. We are highly experienced in all
aspects of tenancy including relevant court action – a service that is
provided inclusively under our full management service. Landlords will be offered the opportunity to employ us on a singular basis with
the relevant fee becoming applicable.
