If you are interested in one of our properties we ask you to complete an application form and we will credit reference you which will take approximately 24 hours.

Once a suitable property has been found and your references complete, you will need to provide your first months rental and security deposit which in accordance with new government legislation will be insured and returned to you subject to the property being in a satisfactory condition.

You must make sure in advance that you have arranged the appropriate insurance cover for your belongings.

If you are moving into a property that is managed by your landlord, we will provide you with full details of your landlord. If you are moving into a property that is fully managed by JH Lettings, then we will be your first contact.
